Since 1995 we have offered USDA inspected and certified halal processing of beef, lamb, goat, sheep, alpaca and bison (buffalo).Our halal certifier is the BCMA (British Columbia Muslim Association), a non-profit organization in Western Canada dedicated to providing authentic halal products to the community.We are the premier producer of 100% hand slaughtered halal meat on the West Coast of the United States. We offer meat for consumer and commercial use in both the US and Internationally.All of our animals are raised in the Pacific Northwest. We know our ranchers and farmers personally so that we make sure our animals are given only the best of feed and treatment.
