2- Materials for application:
Nitrocellulose combination.

3- Suitable substrates: 
This product can be applied directly to
- Old paint coatings. 
- Bar Steal surfaces. 
- Wood surfaces
- Polyester putty.
- NC putty.
- All Wash primer and wash fillers. 


4-Surface preparation:
Following degreasing flat with the following sandpaper grades 
P400: to wet (mechanically or manually)
P280: to dry flat (mechanically or manually)

5- Mixing ratio: 
100 parts by volume of filler. 
100 parts by volume of NC thinner. 

6- Spray viscosity:
18-22 second ford cup no. 4.

7-Process:
Apply 2 or 3 single coats allowing for a flash – off time 5-10 minutes between coats. 
 

8- Spray gun fluid tip and working pressure

9- Film thickness: 
15-20 micron for one coat.


10- Drying time: 
dry to flat

11- Recommended sand paper Grades:
If wet flatted (manually /mechanically)         P800 - P1000
If dry flatted (manually /mechanically)           P360 - P400


12- Recoat able with:
Nitrocellulose topcoats.

13- Packaging:
1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg.

14- Color:
White, Gray and yellow.

15- Shelf life:
2 years at 20 ^oC
