High precision
SJ6000 laser interferometer is based on interference technology, and its light wave can directly define meters. The laser dual longitudinal mode thermal frequency stabilization technology is adopted to achieve high-precision, strong anti-interference ability and good long-term stability of laser frequency output; the high-precision environmental compensation module is adopted to realize automatic compensation of laser wavelength and material; the interferometer is separated from the host to avoid the influence of heat on the interferometer and ensure the stability and reliability of the interference optical path.
Wide range of functions
It can realize high-precision measurement of geometric parameters such as linearity, angle, straightness, verticality, parallelism, flatness, and rotary axis;
It can detect the linear positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, etc. of the guide rails of precision motion equipment such as CNC machine tools and three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines, as well as the pitch angle, yaw angle, straightness, verticality, etc. of the guide rails;
