1. Material properties

Insulation: ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) is a fluoroplastic that combines the toughness of polyethylene with the high-temperature, corrosion-resistant properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Conductor: Silver-plated copper, nickel-plated copper or tin-plated copper wire is usually used to meet the high conductivity and oxidation resistance needs.

2. Core performance

High temperature resistance:

Continuous operating temperature: -60℃ ~ +150℃

High flame retardant grade, meet UL VW-1 and other standards.

Chemical Resistance:

Resistant to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and fuel oils, suitable for harsh chemical environments.

Electrical Performance:

High dielectric strength (withstanding voltage up to 600V or more), low dielectric constant, suitable for high frequency signal transmission.

Mechanical properties:

High tensile strength, bending resistance, abrasion resistance, thin-walled insulation still maintains excellent mechanical strength.

Wire diameter range: common AWG (American Wire Gauge) specifications, such as AWG20 ~ AWG30, or customized diameters.
