EJS is a well known manufacturer for extruder screw barrel, especially conical screw barrel, parallel twin screw barrel, single screw extruder screw and barrel, rubber extruder screw barrel.

From establishment till today, extruder screw barrel has always been our hottest products.

We produce most conical screw barrels.

We export most of single screw barrels.

Our most customers are staying with us from first cooperation, their orders grow from small to big, and their order are becoming more often. Because of this, our factory grows in all these years, now we have 400 full time workers, over 20 workshops at 4000m² of working area.

Another big difference is about the lead-time. When more orders are granted by our customers, longer lead-time is expected. We appreciate that most of the time, customers will choose to wait, because they are very clear that quality always comes first, haste doesn’t make any good jobs.

For a lot of times, order quantity of Extruder screw barrel is not big, especially comparing to injection molding machine screw barrel. We are happy that we have nice orders like 80 sets, 300 sets once in a while, which is always welcome by our workers, as they can keep machine set-up longer.

Quality Inspection

Quality is a very important step during production. For making a quality screw barrel, all tolerances should be fulfilled and all dimensions should be correct and put in records.

We provide inspection report, material certificate for every of our supplied screw barrels.

Packaging

Packaging is the last but very important step before shipping. A strong and smart packing box is also part of our quality. It is not only used to protect the screws barrels well during transportation, also provide an easy way for our customer to unpack.
