Nc Varnish And Lacquer

1- Characteristic properties: Fast drying matt transparent topcoat for wood coatings with excellent smooth felling and hardness properties.

2- Materials for application: Nitrocellulose varnish and El-Mohandes NC Thinner.

3- Suitable substrates: This product can be applied directly to
- Wood surfaces.
- NC. Sealer surfaces. 
- Polyester surfaces.
- Polyurethane Sealer.

4- Surface preparation: Following degreasing flat with the following sandpaper grades: 
P320 - P1000: to dry flat (mechanically or manually)

5- Mixing ratio:-

6- Spray viscosity: 19-22 second ford cup no. 4

7- Process: Apply 1 or 2 single coats allowing for a flash –off time 5-10 minutes between coats. 

8- Spray gun fluid tip and working pressure:-

9- Physical properties: 
Film thickness 12-17 micron for one coat

Solid Content: 34 + 2%                                                                                                                  

Coverage rate: 6 – 8 m²/Kg

Density: 0.98 + 0.02 gm/cm³

Viscosity: 35 – 40 Sec. Cup Ford No.8 at 25^oC.

10- Drying time: -

11- Gloss: 0 %, 10%, 25% and 45%.

12-Packaging: - 1 kg, 3.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.
